Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state where you will work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present HVAC Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our HVAC products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate pricing estimates based on customer requirements.
• Close Sales: Use sales techniques to convert consultations into sales and meet targets.
• Follow-Up: Maintain customer communication for satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects.
• Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and installation schedules.

What You’ll Do

During training, you will participate in extensive training to conduct in-home consultations, assess HVAC needs, and recommend appropriate systems and services. You will also shadow experienced Comfort Advisors during in-home consultations to gain hands‑on experience assessing customers' needs, including providing support in preparing presentations and detailed quotes.
