Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco is seeking a high-performing HVAC Sales Technician / Comfort Advisor who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills. This is not a traditional HVAC technician role; you will diagnose systems, educate homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and help customers make informed decisions.

You will receive weekly pay, a company vehicle and fuel card, iPad and uniforms, and access to ServiceTitan training,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Comfort Advisor or residential sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Present repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options.
• Educate homeowners and build customer trust.
• Present financing options when appropriate.
• Generate memberships, repairs, and replacement opportunities.
• Complete ServiceTitan documentation and job records.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle.
• Follow company sales processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

Compensation Options

Option 1 – Draw + Commission

• $400/week Draw
• Sell & Serve: 15%
• Equipment Sales: 5%
• Service-Only Sales: 10%

Option 2 – Commission Only

• Sell & Serve: 20%
• Equipment Sales: 10%
• Service-Only Sales: 10%

Compensation structure will be finalized during the interview process based on experience and performance history.
