Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of San Antonio is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Selling Technician to join our growing team. You’ll diagnose, service and repair systems, present repair and replacement options, and take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.

This role combines service expertise with sales, offering a commission-based structure, a company vehicle and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience required.
• Sales experience is required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet background and drug-screening requirements.
• NATE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, IAQ solutions and system replacement.
• Present homeowners with clear, honest options and recommendations.
• Educate customers to make confident decisions about their homes.
• Take ownership of calls from diagnosis through completion.
• Document service calls, photos, findings and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance.
• Operate company vehicles, tools and equipment responsibly.
• Meet performance expectations for revenue, efficiency, quality and customer experience.
• Help build long-term customer relationships and a strong local reputation.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems

Who We’re Looking For

This is not an entry‑level HVAC position.

Requirements

• Residential HVAC service and sales experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet company background and drug‑screening requirements
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential HVAC service work

NATE certification is preferred but not required.
