One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco is seeking an HVAC Sales Technician / Comfort Advisor who blends strong technical knowledge with outstanding communication and sales skills. This role goes beyond traditional HVAC tech work by diagnosing systems, educating homeowners, and presenting repair and replacement options to help customers make informed decisions.

The position offers extensive sales and technical training, a company vehicle, service and back-office support, and clear career

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer communication and sales presentation abilities.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Comfort Advisor or residential sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Present repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options.
• Educate homeowners and build customer trust.
• Present financing options when appropriate.
• Generate memberships, repairs, and replacement opportunities.
• Complete ServiceTitan documentation and job records.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle.
• Follow company sales processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

This is not a traditional HVAC technician role. We are looking for professionals who can diagnose systems, educate homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and help customers make informed decisions.

Compensation Options

Option 1 – Draw + Commission

• $400/week Draw
• Sell & Serve: 15%
• Equipment Sales: 5%
• Service-Only Sales: 10%

Option 2 – Commission Only

• Sell & Serve: 20%
• Equipment Sales: 10%
• Service-Only Sales: 10%

Compensation structure will be finalized during the interview process based on experience and performance history.

Compensation: $5,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
