F.H. Furr is recruiting an HVAC Selling Technician to diagnose, repair and upsell residential systems, reporting to the Rockville, MD location. This role blends service calls with on-the-spot system sales, offering strong earning potential and ongoing training.

Expect $100,000 to $175,000 per year in compensation, plus a signing bonus up to $10,000 and a $10,000 Journeyman annual bonus. We provide a company truck, comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales
• EPA certification required
• NATE certification a plus
• Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners clearly

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Identify opportunities for system replacement during service calls
• Educate customers and provide honest recommendations
• Sell new systems on the spot when appropriate
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust
