F.H. Furr in Maryland is seeking an HVAC Selling Technician who can diagnose and repair residential systems and confidently recommend replacements during service calls.

You will earn a highly competitive hourly wage plus Commission with a signing bonus up to $10,000 and a $10,000 Journeyman annual bonus, with reporting duties at Frederick, MD to support a large, loyal customer base. This role offers a company truck and premium benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
• EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
• Customer-focused, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for system replacements when appropriate.
• Educate customers on options and provide honest recommendations.
• Sell new systems on the spot when suitable, optimizing homeowner comfort.
