Job summary

Aire Serv of South Austin is seeking an experienced HVAC salesperson to join our Austin team and leverage company-provided leads to close replacements and upsell upgrades.

You will build trust with homeowners and business owners, pursue new opportunities through door-to-door outreach and referrals, and work with our service and installation teams to deliver outstanding results. A strong track record in HVAC sales and the ability to travel throughout our Austin territory are assets.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience with a verifiable track record.
• Strong ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to company leads and conduct professional sales consultations.
• Explain HVAC options clearly and help customers choose suitable solutions.
• Close replacement opportunities and follow approved pricing, with consistent follow-up on estimates.
• Pursue door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and local relationships to generate business.
• Recommend upgrades and maintenance agreements where appropriate.
• Coordinate details with service and installation teams and maintain accurate records.
