Job summary

Blue Collar Services is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor in Austin. You will meet with homeowners, assess needs, and present comfort solutions to close high-value HVAC deals.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in commission-based sales, strong communication, and the ability to close. You’ll use CRM tools, stay updated on promotions, and work evenings/weekends as needed to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Proven success in commission-based sales.
• In-home sales or HVAC/home services experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident closer who is comfortable asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners using pre-qualified leads generated by technicians and marketing.
• Conduct in-home comfort assessments and identify homeowner needs.
• Present HVAC replacement, indoor air quality, and comfort solutions.
• Build trust, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Follow up with homeowners and maintain accurate information in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Stay current on products, promotions, financing options, and industry trends.

What You’ll Do
