Carney All Seasons is seeking an ambitious HVAC Sales Representative to meet with homeowners in Bucks & Montgomery Counties, assessing heating and cooling needs and presenting tailored solutions.

You will build trust through a consultative approach, provide pricing, follow up on estimates, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure a superior customer experience, while aiming to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience is required.
• HVAC sales experience preferred, but related home improvement backgrounds are welcome.
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
