Job summary

American Residential Services is looking for a dedicated sales representative to join their HVAC team in Lake Como, New Jersey. The role involves meeting with homeowners to assess their needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions, with all leads being pre-set and generated by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC sales is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is mandatory.
• One-call-close experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess comfort needs and present HVAC solutions.
• Represent ARS in a consultative sales role with strong install support.
• Handle company-generated leads with fast turnaround.

Skills

Prior residential in-home sales experience

Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends
