Horizon Services, LLC is seeking an HVAC Residential Sales Representative to join its growing team in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This position offers a clear path to six-figure earnings through commission and base pay, with leads provided by our sales support staff.

You will assess customer needs, present customized HVAC solutions, and guide buyers to informed decisions while building lasting relationships. Training is provided; experience in HVAC is not required but in-home sales is preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years of previous sales experience (in-home sales preferred).
• HVAC knowledge not required; training provided.
• No cold calling; appointments set by Sales Assistants.
• Must apply online and be willing to work evenings/weekends.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer needs for HVAC equipment and create a sales proposal.
• Finalize sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide customers with HVAC solutions and maintenance program options.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Participate in trade shows or referral groups to support sales efforts.
