The role offers a base salary plus commission with target earnings of $150,000+ annually, reflecting a high-income opportunity for motivated professionals.

You will meet with customers, present products and financing options, and convert leads into sales while maintaining a professional image and achieving profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales with negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong organizational skills; manage appointments, leads, and follow-ups.
• HVAC industry experience is beneficial but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing customers to assess heating, cooling, comfort, and energy-efficiency needs.
• Present HVAC products, financing options, and solutions that fit customers' needs and budgets.
• Convert qualified leads into sales through effective presentations, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Prepare accurate proposals, explain product benefits, and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a professional company image while achieving individual sales and profitability goals.
