Job summary

Electrify My Home, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated sales representative to drive new business in the Solano County area, focusing on home electrification and HVAC solutions. You will nurture leads, close deals, and grow a book of business with a consultative, low-pressure approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience (HVAC or home services preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma acceptable.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory.
• Maintain CRM and share updates on opportunities, status, and client needs.
• Present services and products to clients to meet customer needs.
• Initiate contact with potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, and events.
• Provide consultative sales in line with our low-pressure philosophy.
• Gather data for assessments and support virtual/home visits.
