Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring an HVAC Sales Manager to apply account management strategies and lead the sales team to long-term growth across building types. You will plan, forecast, and deliver profitable branch growth while developing senior customer relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC sales or account management, 3+ years of leadership, and willingness to travel frequently. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage account assignments for the Equipment sales team to secure sales to plan.
• Provide accurate forecasting and allocate sales support resources.
• Grow revenue and gross margin by penetrating local accounts and maintaining key relationships.
• Develop and maintain Account Plans with target accounts and expand the customer base.
