Responsibilities

• Use sales call quality worksheet to assign a grade to every proposal.
• Review with General Manager each week. Perform one ride-a-long per salesperson per week.
• Complete sales call quality worksheet and review with General Manager.
• Perform one sales call per week or as directed by General Manager.
• Perform weekly work-a-long with inside sales representative to review call quality scorecard.
• Perform bi-weekly one-on-ones with outside and inside sales staff.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
