Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction, Engineering Technology, or related field; plus an aspiration to become a successful Sales Engineer.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities; capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Learn equipment sales processes by creating estimates and proposals for HVAC systems for new construction and renovations.
• Learn about manufacturer product lines (BAC, Lakos, Camus, Viessmann) and HVAC system types.
• Support Applications Engineering with submittals, coordinating service and technical support during start-up and warranty period.
• Assist in account management by identifying stakeholders, validating proposals, and negotiating terms.
• Understand project fulfillment steps, including site walk-throughs and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
