Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Pennsylvania is seeking an Experienced HVAC Comfort Consultant to present solutions and pricing to homeowners and businesses, and to close sales. You will follow the company sales process, coordinate with the installation team, and educate customers on financing, rebates, and energy savings while upholding honesty and integrity.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Understanding of building loads and duct sizing.
• Understanding of marketing and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at sales call at scheduled time and location.
• Follow sales process outlined by company to maximize performance.
• Perform follow up calls in a timely manner and frequency.
• Schedule and provide information on emergency sales calls on same day.
• Communicate with customers and collect deposits and completed installations.
• Always maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Complete all sales related forms.
• Uphold honesty and integrity when dealing with customers and prospects.
• Take pictures of jobs for installation reports in service titan software.
• Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through company.
• Inform customers of replacement options following company guidelines.
• Complete installation detail reports and communicate installation information to technicians and managers clearly.
• Understand and provide financing options to customers and assist in completing financing paperwork.
• Provide proposals in a timely manner.
• Provide customers with all rebate information, tax credits, utility, and mfg rebates.
• Coordinate with production manager on installation times for scheduling purposes.
• Other duties as assigned

Work Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Pay Scale: Salary Based + Commission + Bonuses
