Job summary

Roberts AC is hiring a self-motivated HVAC installer to join our growing installation team. The role involves installing HVAC equipment, pre-measuring sites, and documenting all work for company records, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will work on-site at customer locations in Gulf Shores, AL, with competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a trade school.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
