Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of successfully selling HVAC replacement systems or similar.
• Experience with a 'one call sales' method.
• Understanding of home services standards and code requirements.
• Ability to be trained in company software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Call on homeowners and business owners from preset appointments to assess needs and present three options in a good/better/best format.
• Track and achieve sales goals and closing percentages.
• Prepare accurate material lists for installation team.
• Coordinate logistics and schedule; provide scope of work for field workers.
• Handle customer payments and provide receipts; arrange financing as needed.
• Follow up to close sales not completed in the initial visit.
• Coordinate price quotes from distributors for materials.
• Visit job sites to ensure quality and customer satisfaction during installations.
• Address and resolve customer questions, issues or complaints.
• Attend sales meetings and pursue training to improve skills.
