Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Albuquerque is seeking a results-driven HVAC sales professional to own the in-home sales cycle. You will conduct assessments, propose tailored solutions, present compelling options, and help customers secure financing when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC sales experience or 2 years of in-home sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.
• Detail-oriented with ability to accurately assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Preferred CRM experience with Salesforce or ServiceTitan.
• Strong local reputation and knowledge of Albuquerque service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC sales projects from bidding to execution.
• Perform in-home assessments and discuss system type, age, and customer preferences.
• Communicate customer requirements and propose tailored HVAC solutions.
• Design projects with customers and identify optimal solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Assist customers in securing financing options when needed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, project details, and sales progress.
• Serve as liaison between customers and the company to address inquiries.
