Job summary

IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical in San Jose, CA is seeking an HVAC Sales professional to drive revenue through commission-based closes. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads, present comfort solutions, and guide homeowners to decisive actions while earning uncapped earnings.

The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and technically credible, with a proven sales background and knowledge of HVAC systems. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC Sales or other related sales roles (home services or home improvement preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of ServiceTitan is preferred.
• Have a strong sales background and knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Pay Range: Proven Path to $212K+ Annually!

Compensation Breakdown:

• Commission Only
• Annual Range: $170K-$212K+, Depending on Experience
• Top Performers making $300K-$460K

Schedule:

• Mon - Fri or Mon - Sat
• 9-12 Hour Shifts
• Weekend Availability
