IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical in San Jose, CA is seeking an HVAC Service Technician. The role combines steady hourly pay with commissions, targeting top earners in the $180K–$190K range yearly.

You will diagnose, repair, and optimize residential HVAC systems, while delivering value to homeowners. A driven, customer-aware technician with a strong work ethic will thrive in this performance-based environment.

Competenze

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience servicing and repairing HVAC units.
• Must be able to handle a physical workload, including lifting and working in confined spaces.
• Estimating and quoting ability for accurately pricing services and presenting options.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Undergo a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to assist with diverse team communication.

Position Summary

Pay Range

Earn $180K-$190K A Year + Comissions!

Compensation Breakdown

• Hourly: $23/hr + Commissions
• Includes Commission Pay - Revenue Based (20% commission on completed Revenue, 4% on generated leads for equipment sales that converted and 5% on self sold equipment sale job)
• $25 and $50 review bonus Referral Bonus / Customer Review Bonus
• Top Earners Make $180k - $190k Annually!

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• Occasional Saturdays
• 8 Hour Shift / 40 Hours Weekly

The Pay Range For This Role Is

180,000 - 190,000 USD per year (San Jose)
