Position Overview

You’ll diagnose, repair, and optimize systems while delivering real value to homeowners.

Pay Range: Earn $180K-$190K a year + Commissions!

Compensation Breakdown:

• Hourly: $23/hr + Commissions
• Includes Commission Pay – Revenue Based (20% commission on completed Revenue, 4% on generated leads for equipment sales that converted, and 5% on self-sold equipment sale jobs)
• $25 and $50 review bonus Referral Bonus / Customer Review Bonus
• Top Earners Make $180k – $190k Annually!

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• Occasional Saturdays
• 8 Hour Shift / 40 Hours Weekly

Position Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience servicing and repairing HVAC units.
• Must be able to handle a physical workload, including lifting and working in confined spaces.
• Estimating and quoting ability for accurately pricing services and presenting options.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Undergo a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to assist with diverse team communication.

Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose and efficiently repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a residential setting (heat pumps, mini-splits, water heaters, IAQ accessories).
• Inspect, perform equipment repairs/replacements, and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
• Discuss system malfunctions, clearly explain repair options, and recommend maintenance or improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures on every job site.
