Qualifications

• 2-4 years of operational experience in retail or wholesale.
• Proven leadership, coaching/mentoring and team-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience analyzing customer, market, or competitor data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
• Experience leading a team toward company goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory stock levels and showroom merchandising.
• Manage inventory to minimize losses.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop associates in compliance with labor laws and policy.
• Oversee workforce including Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, Delivery, Fleet Drivers, Showroom, Counter Sales and Sales personnel.
• Promote safety practices among associates.
• Manage branch P&L and accountability for profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and timely response to needs and concerns.
• Analyze business trends and work with local sales and regional leadership to increase store traffic.
• Coordinate sales center training and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
