Job summary

Unique Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager in Bradenton, FL to lead service, installation, and sales teams. The role focuses on driving operational performance, developing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.

You will oversee daily operations, coach technicians and sales staff, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to optimize productivity and quality while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in HVAC operations or service management.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation, service, and sales.
• Experience managing teams, driving performance, and achieving KPIs.
• Understanding of P&L, budgeting, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead service, install, and/or sales teams, including hiring and training.
• Supervise daily operations for efficiency and quality workmanship.
• Coach and mentor technicians and sales staff to improve performance.
• Drive revenue, meet monthly budget targets, manage labor/materials.
• Oversee scheduling and field operations to optimize productivity.
• Provide operational guidance and analyze data with GM.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
