Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming/outgoing calls and close sales.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Verify orders and process accurately in the computer system.
• Maintain accounts to Meyer standards and build lasting customer relationships.
• Identify buying patterns and promote new products to customers.
• Communicate with key accounts regularly and follow up to develop new business.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly to mutual satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and stay current on product knowledge.
