Fieldjock is seeking a detail-oriented onboarding specialist to lead HVAC customers from kickoff through launch, translating real-world operations into Fieldjock workflows, training plans, and adoption milestones. You will run kickoff, discovery, configuration, training, and launch-readiness sessions; map services and workflows; coordinate with success and product; create repeatable templates to shorten time-to-value while preserving customer context.

This role is remote-friendly within the U.S.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer ops.
• Excellent organization and ability to move customers through multi-step launches.
• Comfort explaining software to non-technical teams with patience and clarity.
• Strong written follow-up, meeting notes, and action-item ownership.
• Experience with HVAC, home services, dispatch, CRM, or FSM platforms.
• Data import, spreadsheet cleanup, or light systems-configuration experience.
• Training or enablement background.

Responsabilidades

• Run kickoff, discovery, configuration, training, and launch-readiness sessions.
• Help customers map services, teams, territories, job types, pricing, and workflows into Fieldjock.
• Coordinate with success and product when a customer need requires better tooling or clearer documentation.
• Create repeatable onboarding templates that shorten time-to-value without losing customer context.
