Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Area Director, Sales, to lead the regional HVAC sales strategy and drive revenue growth across a Northeast region. You will partner with branch leaders and sales teams to expand contractor loyalty and York brand presence, while delivering market expansion and program execution.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in HVAC distribution or HVAC sales leadership.
• 5+ years leading multi-location sales teams.
• Experience managing large contractor relationships.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive growth across residential and commercial HVAC lines.
• Lead and coach Sales Managers and Account Reps.
• Establish sales objectives and monitor performance.
