Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Area Director, Sales for the York Company Owned HVAC distribution network in the United States. You will lead regional sales, drive revenue growth, and manage contractor relationships across residential to commercial lines.

The role requires 10+ years in HVAC distribution or sales leadership, plus 5+ years leading multi-location teams and a proven track record of revenue growth. Travel monthly; reports to Executive Director of Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HVAC distribution or HVAC sales leadership.
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-location sales teams.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and market share gains.
• Experience managing large contractor relationships and strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, parts, and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and coach Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and Account Reps.
• Monitor performance, adjust plans, and drive growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance to align programs.
• Analyze market trends and forecast pipeline and resources.
