Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician, Facility Services (USA) to install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial/industrial facilities in Dallas and surrounding regions. The role involves interpreting schematics, leading field teams, and ensuring safety compliance with OSHA/EPA standards.

You will manage service calls, coordinate with providers, and maintain accurate documentation while operating company vehicles and participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to read schematics, layouts and building codes for proper configuration.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units, walk-ins and HVAC systems.
• Adhere to OSHA and EPA 608 protocols during all service activities.
• Lead and mentor field teams and maintain documentation and inventory.
