Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification and 2+ years in mechanical maintenance or construction related to commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean motor vehicle report and safe driving history.
• HVAC-R/Mechanical Journeyman where required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and controls.
• Interpret diagrams and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Lead field teams and mentor technicians on procedures and safety.
• Maintain OSHA/EPA compliance and safety across sites.
• Drive company vehicle and support on-call service rotations.
