Job summary

Candidates should have HVAC/R certification with EPA 608, strong problem solving, and the ability to communicate with customers. On-call rotations and safe driving duties are part of this role.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification required; 2 years’ experience vs 4 years optional.
• EPA 608 certification required for refrigerant handling.
• Reading blueprints, schematics, and building codes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems per codes.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in commercial/industrial settings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and ensure compliance with HVAC/R regulations and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor field teams and coordinate with customers and providers.
• Manage service calls, documentation, and scheduling.
• Operate company vehicles safely for service in assigned regions.
