Job summary

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigerant issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong field teamwork, the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams, and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R field experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics and technical docs.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA 608 refrigerant handling.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems per codes.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigerant issues across equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend life.
• Conduct inspections for regulatory compliance and refrigerant handling.
• Lead and mentor field teams, coordinate service calls and communicate with customers.
• Operate company vehicles safely to service regions.
