Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of refrigeration HVAC systems across local Walmart facilities. You will work with commercial HVAC tools and hand/digital/power tools to complete tasks, ensuring high standards of facility operation and customer service.

The role requires experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills.
• Use the work order system to receive repair requests and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations as per Walmart safety policy.
