Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems within Walmart facilities. You’ll use commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, hand tools, and digital devices to complete jobs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using HVAC skills and tools.
• Receive and document repair work orders and support store associates.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
