Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician (RT) to service commercial HVAC systems across Western & Central Massachusetts from Palmer and surrounding areas. The role offers a vehicle, provided tools, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Commercial HVAC experience required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• MA Oil Burner Technician Certificate preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Respond to customer service calls and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with EPA Section 608, OSHA, and all applicable regulations.
• Maintain all required licenses and certifications.
• Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
• Respond to service needs on short notice when required.

$35.00–$60.00 per Hour + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician (RT) to join our team supporting commercial customers throughout Western and Central Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, solving challenging problems, and providing high-quality service to commercial customers. Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to walk, stand, climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in a variety of commercial environments. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, 51–100 lbs. occasionally, and heavier items on rare occasions.
