Job summary

SST Direct in Palmer, MA is seeking an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician (RT) to support commercial customers across Western and Central Massachusetts. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, with access to company vehicle and equipment.

This role requires MA Refrigeration Technician License, EPA 608 Universal Certification, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Previous commercial HVAC experience required.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a professional appearance.
• Comply with EPA 608, OSHA and local regulations.
• Maintain licenses and certifications.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Respond to service needs on short notice.
