Our HVAC/R Technicians are vital to our profession, image, and reputation. We focus on providing top-tier customer service. Our technicians perform service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements, 24/7, ensuring timely, quality repairs, maintaining equipment standards, and building trust with clients.

Compensation: USD $24.00/Hr. to $32.00/Hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality technical service to customers
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems for commercial clients
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch
• Work nights or weekends as needed for emergencies
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment
• Document services electronically via iPad
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, calibrate systems, and explain solutions to customers
• Participate in training and identify opportunities for additional business

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years HVAC/R experience
• Within 30 miles of the job location
• Valid driver’s license and EPA Certificate
• Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb, and work in various environments
