Job summary

Grifols, located in Clayton, NC, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor - Refrigeration to lead a world-class refrigeration maintenance program. You will drive uptime and reliability, guide capital projects, and develop a team of HVAC/R professionals in a GMP environment.

The role requires extensive refrigeration system expertise with a focus on compliance, safety, and continuous improvement. This is a full-time on-site opportunity at Grifols’ North America facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in refrigeration system operation and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in GMP or FDA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a world-class refrigeration maintenance program.
• Audit maintenance effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support capital projects with refrigeration expertise and commissioning.
• Recruit, train, and develop refrigeration personnel.
• Ensure SOP/PM compliance and regulatory adherence (EPA 608).
