Job summary

You will develop job plans, maintain equipment files with BOMs, and coordinate with CMMS, production schedules, and cross-functional teams to improve reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field with relevant maintenance planning exposure.
• Experience in corporate maintenance planning and CMMS-driven work order management.
• Strong knowledge of plant safety, cGMP requirements, and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, prioritizes, and budgets detailed work plans for maintenance work orders.
• Creates job plans including materials, tools, permits, and expertise required.
• Maintains equipment files with bill of materials and technical data for improvements.
• Leads cross-functional planning meetings and coordinates with CMMS backlog and production.
• Develops schedules, cost estimates, and monitors KPIs for planning accuracy and backlog.
