Job summary

Grifols is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor - Refrigeration in Clayton, NC. You will lead a world-class refrigeration maintenance program, guiding a team of HVAC/R technicians and interfacing with engineering and operations to meet uptime targets.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 5+ years in refrigeration maintenance (GMP/FDA preferred), and at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. The position entails 1st shift responsibilities and regulatory compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years refrigeration operation/maintenance in GMP or FDA-regulated environment.
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a world-class refrigeration maintenance program.
• Audit effectiveness of the refrigeration maintenance program for continuous improvement.
• Support capital projects with refrigeration team resources and commissioning.
• Lead refrigeration staff, coach and develop personnel.
• Ensure SOP/PM compliance with plant engineering and cGMP standards.
• Maintain records of refrigerant usage and comply with Clean Air Act 608.
