Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience for Engineer III.
• Typically 5 years for Engineer IV.
• Minimum 6 years for Senior Engineer.
• Minimum 7 years for Staff Engineer.
• Minimum 8 years for Principal Engineer.
• Biotech, Chemical or Industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant maintenance engineering support for 24x7 manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot and identify root-cause mechanical system issues and process problems.
• Serve as mechanical SME and consultant to management.
• Plan cross-functional activities with operations, maintenance and project engineering.
• Support process optimization technology and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee outsourced vendor support.
• Assist in training maintenance, instrumentation, and operations personnel.
• Manage materials clearance, spare parts, change controls and safety reviews.
