Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable service for commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance, becoming the trusted expert for our customers.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, seasonal bonuses, a company vehicle with gas card, and paid training with certification support. Daily dispatch from home, a full benefits package, and paid travel are included.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components
• Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations
• Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers
