Job summary

Nextech is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to diagnose, repair, install and maintain systems for commercial clients. You’ll be on the front lines delivering reliable service, with the support of paid training and ongoing certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years HVAC/R field experience.
• EPA certification required and valid driver's license.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; able to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours rotations.
• Document service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth service delivery.
