Nextech is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance, becoming the trusted expert customers rely on for technical support and rapid response.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years HVAC/R field technician experience.
EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
May require a Journeyman's License in some states.
May require state specific licenses.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations.
Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads.
Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
