Nextech, a leading HVAC/R service provider in the United States, is hiring an HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance, with opportunities to grow your skills and certifications.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to 3,000, a company vehicle and paid travel, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and generous time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years recent HVAC/R field technician experience.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
• Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
• May require a Journeyman's License in some states.
• May require state specific licenses.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Accurately document service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share with customers.
