Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance for commercial clients. You will document service details on iPads and maintain equipment and inventory for reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R field experience required or 2+ years in field service.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state.
• EPA certification and a valid driver's license required.
• Proficient with mobile apps and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems for commercial clients.
• Perform maintenance and after-hours on-call service as needed.
• Document service details using iPads and company systems.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory to standard.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch teams.
• Identify additional service opportunities and relay to customers.
