Nextech is hiring a HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance as the expert customers trust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as HVAC/R technician.
• EPA certification and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read schematics and work plans.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Document service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
