Job summary
Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable service to commercial clients, including troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance. You will be the trusted expert for customers, working with dispatch to ensure top-quality service.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years recent HVAC/R technician experience.
- EPA certification and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to read schematics and work plans.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays.
- Journeyman's license may be required in some states.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems for commercial clients.
- Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours.
- Document service details using iPads.
- Maintain vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
- Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
