Nextech is hiring an HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance, acting as the trusted expert for our customers.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. This role offers a company vehicle, sign-on bonus up to $3,000, seasonal bonuses, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• EPA certification required.
• Journeyman license or state licenses may be required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Document service details using company iPads.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch for scheduling.
• Identify additional service opportunities and relay them to customers.
